Common questions

How do I join a group?
Ask a member for an invite code, then tap Join group on the Home tab and enter it.

Does Donezy send money?
No. Donezy records who owes what. When you settle with UPI, it opens your own UPI app, and the payment happens there.

A balance looks wrong.
Open the group and check each expense's payer and split. An expense can be edited by the person who added it or the person who paid it.

How do I stop notifications?
Turn them off in Settings in the app, or in your device's notification settings.

How do I delete my account?

Keep your account safe

Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or banking details by email. Donezy support will never ask for them.
